CASA CASCAIS
Casa Cascais began as a simple request: to make the home more functional and welcoming for the residents who had just moved from Brazil. As the process unfolded, the project naturally evolved into a space filled with detail, intention, and personality. The entrance hall was redesigned by introducing an architectural arch that frames the existing curved staircase, softening the rigid circulation and bringing character and privacy from the very first moment inside.

Interior design project with execution oversight
Next to the living room, we designed a compact support office featuring a custom-made desk produced in our studio, complemented by a fully equipped office located just beside it for additional storage and daily practicality.
Although the kitchen was relatively new, it didn’t reflect the residents. We maintained the layout but replaced the fronts and countertop, introducing a sculptural, organic island that improved the spatial flow.
The outdoor area underwent the biggest transformation, becoming a complete gourmet space with WC and laundry. We designed a custom counter in structural concrete and joinery, added a deck, built-in seating, and carefully resolved technical challenges such as the barbecue exhaust system.
Each bedroom was conceived to feel light, comfortable, and personal. One received a bespoke headboard and wall panel, creating warmth and depth, while the other combines textured wallpaper, natural wood slatted moldings, and a custom-designed green bed as its focal point. The master suite was designed around serenity, with a generously sized bed, tailored nightstands, integrated cabinetry, and meaningful pieces brought from Brazil. velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur.
