This project in Campo de Ourique focuses on the home’s social spaces: the living and dining room, kitchen, and guest bathroom. The proposal embraces a vintage aesthetic, confidently introducing points of color and contrast in each composition to build a rich, cohesive, and character-filled identity.

Interior Design Project
The kitchen expresses this intention from the first glance. The design highlights rounded corners and custom cabinetry that alternates between wood finishes and a very light beige lacquer, perfectly paired with the checkered floor created by combining brown and off-white ceramic tiles. Slim moldings on the cabinet doors add a refined layer of detail, while fluted glass elevates the display cabinet, allowing carefully selected tableware chosen by the client to take center stage.
In the enclosed balcony, muxarabi doors conceal the laundry area while adding texture and visual rhythm to the space, reinforcing the project’s language with lightness and intention.
In the guest bathroom, three design proposals were presented, with light blue emerging as the clear choice and protagonist of the space. The checkered tile pattern echoes the kitchen flooring, transforming this motif into a unifying element that strengthens the home’s identity.
In the living room, a third color is introduced with subtlety: olive green. It appears boldly on the ceiling, detailed with classic moldings, and gently extends down the walls, where added boiseries bring depth and elegance. The dining area gains both fluidity and presence through a custom-built bench, while the existing table and chairs preserve the couple’s shared history. Beside the sofa, a rattan floor lamp adds a generous layer of texture and personality — a precise request from the client that significantly elevated the space and beautifully captured the spirit of the project.
